No hidden fees, no ghosting, no restocking games. Here is what happens between the moment you order and the moment it’s on your shelf.
Packed like it matters
Every piece is wrapped by hand, cushioned in a fitted box and boxed again for the courier. Statues are crated so the base never takes the hit.
When it moves
Orders leave the workshop within one business day. Across Canada that lands in 2–5 business days; the United States and international typically run 5–10 once customs clears.
Changed your mind
Send it back unused and in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund. Numbered Collector's Edition pieces are covered too, as long as the edition certificate is still with them.
Anything else
Tell us the order reference and what happened. A real person reads every message and usually answers the same day.
Damaged in transit
It’s rare, and when it happens it’s our problem, not yours. Photograph the box and the piece, send it over, and we ship a replacement at no cost — you keep the packaging until it arrives.
Delivery costs
Shipping is calculated from your postal code and shown before you confirm an order, so there is never a surprise at the end.
